Recommendations to Address Organizational Performance

An organization’s performance can depend on many different factors, which can often make it difficult to address the most impactful problems. In this analysis, I was asked to analyze a dataset for a company who was looking to improve their overall performance, with a specific focus on management performance. In this instance, managers were ranked as either a top, middle, or bottom performer. With this in mind, I explored several aspects of the dataset, with a focus on trends amongst the bottom performers.

In exploring the dataset, I found many impactful insights, including that managers tended to underperform the longer they stayed and that there were several offices that had a very high proportion of bottom performers. Based on these findings, I recommended some actions the organization could take to hopefully address these issues.
